Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! I thought this wedding was such a perfect wedding to share today. :) Jasmine + Drew were married at Jasmine’s grandparents Mexican Rodeo Ranch – what a lucky girl to have grandparents with an awesome venue! Taking inspiration from the venue, Jasmine + Drew threw a super fun wedding with lots of personal details. Jasmine is also lucky to have our amazing sponsor, Ashley Maxwell, as her cousin! Ashley not only photographed the wedding along with her husband, she also made a lot of Ashley’s fashion accessories as well as was a bridesmaid. Congrats to Jasmine + Drew!
From Jasmine, My inspiration of the day was the beautiful Mexican rodeo ranch that belongs to my grandparents and where I spent most of my time as I child. When I introduced my husband to the ranch several years ago, he fell in love with it. When we decided to get married, it was a natural and easy decision to have our wedding fiesta at this beautiful venue and share with our guests southwestern hospitality at its finest!
LOVE the bridesmaids dresses from Anthropologie (I so wanted to buy that dress last year!!) and their boots.
The ceremony was incredibly beautiful because it was so personal and loving. Our officiant was my wonderful uncle and since he knows both of us so well, he personalized it and also incorporated a lot of humor. It was such a fun and whimsical ceremony that it was over too quickly!
What song did you walk down the aisle to? Iron & Wine Love and some Versus
Margarita cupcakes – yum!
And be sure to check out their wedding trailer from Brinton Films!
Really make it your own. Go with your personal vision and make sure that your groom also contributes in the entire planning process. I was very lucky to have my cousin, friends and mom help me execute all the planning. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Your loved ones would be thrilled & honored to help out!
Whether you are having a backyard wedding or a wedding at a resort, give it your own signature style. Always bring out the natural elements that your venue has. I knew when I was going to have the wedding at the ranch I couldn’t do a modern theme – always play up your venue. Also the wedding should have yours and your husband’s personality represented in the details because a great event is always in the details.
I couldn’t agree with you anymore Jasmine! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful wedding with us + best wishes to you both!

Love the whole idea!! Where is the flowergirl dress from?
I have still never been able to find another picture of this wedding dress, even though the bride has said it is a Christina Wu. Does anybody know which dress it is??
The dress was never advertised and was a special collection piece from Christina Wu couture for Azteca Bridal in Phoenix. The name of the dress is Nanette.
What fonts are used in this invitation?
Where did you get those cute amor mugs
Love the styling!!! Beautiful in every way, under-stated sophistication. I’m sure the couple and all the guests had a wonderful time.
