Since it is Earth Day this week, I thought this gorgeous outdoor rustic wedding photographed by the talented Meg Smith would be perfect. This wedding actually took place almost two years ago, but I had never seen it and it’s too beautiful not to share again! Ashley and Aaron were married at the Mayacamas Ranch in Calistoga California. This ranch is perfect for an outdoor wedding since it is surrounded by meadows and has amazing views. The chefs at the ranch use only local, organic ingredients for the food, which is a big plus in my book. But my favorite feature of this wedding is the AMAZING flowers + centerpieces – they are stunning. All the floral decor was created by none other than Ariella Chezar. I love the ribbons hanging from the bouquets and the use of the old letters and vintage cans for the centerpieces. These centerpieces are great because you can save them (the cans and letters) to remember your day – and you are recycling old materials! She also included persimmons in the centerpieces – love! Happy Earth Day!
I love that they rented a vintage photobooth! If you are interested in renting one of these, check out photo works interactive.
