We don’t get lots of rain here in southern California, so when photographer Aaron Shintaku found out we were going to have a week of rain two weeks ago, he had an idea for a fun session in the rain. Groomsmen wearing ponchos and bridesmaids in coats and galoshes – so unique and fun! He also enlisted the help of the fabulous Jesi Haack to be the stylist for this session and the talented Carissa from JL Designs to create some awesome bouquets. From Aaron, “Friday morning I woke up to cloudy skies, but no rain. Most people would be happy at this point. We on the other hand wanted rain. Finally half way through our shoot we got it. It was a pretty funny sight seeing me hiding under a pink umbrella trying to shoot without soaking my gear.”
So, no need to fear rain! :) Check out more from the session on Aaron’s Blog. Thanks for sending these my way Aaron!
Ok, this is adorable…so many fun ideas on your site for my upcoming wedding :-)
