Happy Friday everyone! This past week Jessica Claire offered a workshop to help photographers practice capturing all those beautiful details shots. All those details you work so hard on – you want to make sure your photographer captures them! My friend Summer from Grey Likes Weddings was the stylist for the session and I’m totally loving the “fake wedding” she put together with the help of Megan with MAEMAE Paperie and Lauryl with Lauryl Lane. All photos below by the talented Brandon Kidd. And this is just a sneak peak to it! Check out Grey Likes Weddings in the upcoming days for more details into what went into the styling of the session.

The grey ball flowers look like dyed Billy Balls (which are yellow).

I'm drooling…this is absolutely gorgeous. I love the flowers.
@juliana–thank you!!! Do you happen to know where I can get silver brunia if I want to diy my own flowers? Also, do you know what the green textural balls are in the bouquet? Ahh it's sooo beautiful, I want that bouquet ex-act-ly!
This is like ridiculously gorgeous. I adore everything about it!
I have an eye for talent and these ladies have it in spades. You women are destined for greatness.
Hi Anonymous, you inquired about the green balls in the bouquet? Those are called Scabiosa Pods/Balls, or sometimes Martian Eyes. They're the seed pods of Scabiosa. The silver Brunia is related to Berzillia, so it can go by either name, and any floral wholesaler should be able to get them for you. Most wholesalers require tax ids so if you can't go through them, ask a cool local florist if you can order through them & offer to pay a "convenience fee" in lieu of a full mark-up to save you money, some would be up for that. I'm a floral designer in Kansas City & I'll do that for my clients.
absolutely gorgeous! every bit of it!
French Vintage is so lovely! What a feast for the eyes!
I love the styling! The newspaper additions, Brownie camera, vintage suitcase, and chairs. Wow!
Love the details! But i adore the shoes!!!! May I know some place where to find them? Thx
Does anyone know where to find the paper mache cake toppers? They are are so cool. Thanks
Does anyone know where I can find that newspaper trim that is around the cake? I am trying to replicate it for my daughters wedding (I am a cake decorator), I have attempted to make my own but if there is an easier way I would LOVE to know! Thanks! :)
If done properly, a vintage wedding theme is definitely great like the one you got in here. Everything is just gorgeous, from the flowers to the table settings, I’m loving it.
A beautiful wedding, so much thought into every detail. The cake is fantastic.
