Modern + Colorful Glass House Wedding Inspiration

Glass House Inspiration

There’s nothing we love more than a little midweek inspiration, so we’re extremely excited to share this gorgeous styled shoot from photographer, Vanessa Boy!

Florida is known for being an extremely popular destination, especially for beach weddings, but outside of tourism – it tends to be forgotten. So in order to highlight Florida’s increasing attention to the arts and celebrate the local community, Vanessa gathered a team of creatives together to craft some gorgeous wedding inspiration!

Nestled away in a newly developed area of Orlando, is a little arts district called Canvas Market. Vanessa shares The Market venue overlooks the tranquil Lake Nona and all of the market and dining area windows face a waterfront view with the most majestic of sunsets! The area was designed with the intention of celebrating artists, artisans and really good food.

After discovering this artist enclave, she teamed up with Peplum Events & Design to create some real magic. Utilizing the colorful stained glass house by Tom Fruin as both the location and theme, all the other details + elements were gathered from local artists, inspired by the vibrant glass house.

Ready for a little eye candy?

To keep the authentic feel of the space, all furniture + decor details were sourced from the Canvas Market… and the pretty paper goods + invites by Lalita Paperie were printed on plantable seed paper!

Almost reminiscent of a Mondrian painting, the team at The Sugar Suite perfectly captured the elements of the glass house in this sweet cake.
