Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. The weather was beyond perfect here in LA, so we spent most of the weekend outside and at the beach – it really feels like summer now + loving it! :) I’ve been collecting lots of photos of feathers lately, and they are the inspiration for today’s board. I think there are some fun ways you can incorporate them and love this palette of peach, blue, green, and brown used for this board. Anyone incorporating feathers into their wedding?

Feathers are the new bird…put a feather on it! Lovely!
LOVE feathers. Excellent choice of dress as well.
I loved that Steep Street Wedding with the feather garlands! Nice collection!
I’ve always loved that feather cake on the bottom right. So elegant and dreamy!
wow at the feather cake!

Candace – I know! Aren’t those so great! They were by http://cevd.com/
Love the feather boutonnieres and that cake – OH MY! Great ideas…just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration boards. They really help with my planning
i used peacock feathers as my boutonnieres and it was sooo easy to make! A great way to add a little touch of DIY
Loving the garlands, bouquet, boutonnieres, the dress, the cake… actually everything here.
We incorporated guinea fowl feathers in our wedding invitations, on my garter and my hair flower – while subtle, I really loved the rustic, polkadotted edge it gave.
big fan of the feather cake!
I love to encourage brides to let the flower girls toss feathers instead of petals…..so pretty when they float from her little hand to the floor.
my mother-in-law and I worked with peacock feathers for my husband and my December 4th wedding- choosing peacock because of the rich jewel tones and offsetting them with baby’s breath flowers- beautiful for a dreary month!
