I have such a treat today – a gorgeous engagement session from our fabulous friends at Simply Bloom Photography! Vania + Christine put so much thought + style into their engagement sessions that they attracted the eyes of Candy + Kenny all the way from Hong Kong! In Hong Kong engagement sessions such as the ones I share here, aren’t very common, but Candy + Kenny love them and wanted a fun engagement session of their own. The couple chose all sentimental locations for their session such as the high school where they first met, the tennis court where they played, and their favorite park.
I think the photo below is my fave, what a gorgeous park!
Such a cute couple! Candy + Kenny are planning to be married on an island off Japan. :) Best wishes to you both and thanks again Simply Bloom Photography for letting me share your gorgeous photos again today.
Love this entire shoot. They thought of everything and pulled it off flawlessly!
These are AMAZING. Love her necklace, the shoes, the chalkboard photo, really ALL of them. And the photography by Simply Bloom is just flawless!

Does anybody know where exactly the park is located in HK? As I will be taking engagement session in Hong Kong also.. I really love the park very much~
Thanks~
j’adore le petit look du marié, on dirait une poupée rétro et la douceur de ses photos, lumière très originale qu’il ne me semble pas avoir vu ailleurs !!!
nice blog.
a fan from Paris, France.
OMG that b/w photo of the bride is simply stunning. What a fantastic piece of memorabilia for her.
Wonderful shots, the ideas are great, so romantic !
Beautiful photos and I adore your wedding dress! Can you please tell me where you got it from or the designer? Thank you so much!
Hi Jennifer, it’s from Vera Wang 2010 spring/summer collection.
Hi Candy, I honestly adore your dress. Do you know if I can still find the dress even though it’s from 2010 collection? Are you selling your dress by chance?
I want to know where is the park. I never knew Hong Kong has such nice place.
The park is Inspiration Park, which is located next to HK Disneyland.
The dress is still available to order at Vera Wang. Unless the style has been discontinued, otherwise you can still order wedding gown from previous collection.
Oh my god, this is my high school!
Love her clothes. Must be from Hong Kong. Her hair is gorgeous too. I bet they’re having their wedding in the tropical island of Okinawa. Very popular destination.
Stunning!! Love the picnic basket and the balloons. Trackback: http://blog.joyhey.com/2012/01/27/inspiration-lovely-love/

Love all the photos! The colours are perfect and those balloon shots are just perfect!

Beautiful pictures for beautiful people. Congratulations.
Very nice couple and beautiful pictures with lot’s of inspirations. Great job for the weeding photographer !
These are gorgeous! I love that another photographer has the groom holding the flowers. The one where she is leaning on his shoulder is adorable. Great images with lots of personality!
