Friday Favors + Kate Moss Wedding Photos

Happy Friday my lovelies! Have you seen the ultra romantic photos from Kate Moss’ recent wedding? So so beautiful! I just love all her flower girls! You can see lots more photos from her wedding in the September issue of Vogue and online here. The stunning photos are by Mario Testino.

And I thought for the traditional Friday Favors post, I’d highlight some of my current favorite handmade wedding details from Wedzu. Have you guys been checking Wezu out? It’s like etsy but just for weddings. :) Some of my current faves…

handmade wedding details

1. cassette tape necktie // 2. feather ring (not from wedzu, but it is handmade + super pretty) // 3. wedding dress by KT Jean // 4. To have and to hold ring bearer bowl from Paloma’s Nest

And for all your Northern Cali couples, Unveiled is coming to San Francisco later this month! Unveiled is a one day, beautiful, bridal bazaar that showcases the Bay Area’s best inspirations for modern brides. Held at Terra Gallery, a beautiful loft-like event venue in SOMA, tucked under the Bay Bridge, Unveiled presents the finest in cakes, décor, beauty, locations, food, floral and fashion with a Vera Wang fashion show presented by Bridal Galleria. San Francisco’s own celebrated and world-renowned event designer Stanlee Gatti will be there to deliver The “State of the Union” address! Save the date! August 28, 2011. For ticket Information, please visit unveiled event.

And since it’s Friday, I just loved this song that Julia + James (from this beautiful barn wedding I shared earlier this week) used as their recessional song. It’s called “She Said Yes” from Mumford & Sons and friends. Such a fun song and being a big Mumford & Sons fan, I wasn’t familiar with this one (it’s on an ep from The Wedding Party, which is really just them with some guests), so I just loved discovering a new song from them – and it’s so perfect for a wedding! Happy Weekend!!

  1. Yes! The cape took my breath away. Her and all her mini-ladies look like they’re doing a photoshoot.
I wonder how different having wedding photos were to her vs. modeling photos!

  2. Serioulsy, her wedding was incredible. I love it!!

  3. This song is perfect to play in videos for all our couples getting engaged! Thanks for sharing :)

  6. I want to see more pics! Loving the velvet crepe!

  7. On one hand, I am totally jealous of Kate’s gorgeous wedding photos… yet at the same time, they remind me a little too much of the wedding editorials in Vogue. Which I guess makes sense if you’ve spent as much time in Vogue as Kate has! They are stunning nonetheless.

  8. I really love that song. Very touching and inspiring. Kate is awesome and really beautiful. Thanks for sharing !

  9. Aren’t those flower girls simply precious, I adore them!

  10. This song is just perfect! And thanks so much for sharing all these beautiful photos.
