I’m not a huge morning person, but these stunning photos of Katy and Parker captured by Nessa K Photography were definitely worth the early morning wakeup call! Katy even wore her mother’s wedding dress for the first part of the shoot (so sweet!) and they picked a field near her grandmother’s house in Frederick, Maryland where the barley was growing golden. They started the shoot at 5:45 a.m. on a foggy morning. Totally worth waking up early for. Congrats to Katy + Parker!
Thanks so much to Nessa K Photography for the photos!
This is so simple and organic yet beautiful and romantic! Love this!

Gorgeous!!! The photographer did such a wonderful job capturing the beauty of this amazing engagement session!
I completely adore this session (and this couple!) and I’m so happy to be featured on Katy’s favorite wedding blog. :)
oh that nessa k! she’s so great :)
Oh I love them! The light is so beautiful! And the couple ♥
I am planning to do an early morning couple shoot for a few weeks now but I am not an early bird and I haven’t found a couple neither so far. Hope I will soon ;)
Love,
Kate
So much golden loveliness…
Love early morning and late evening portrait sessions. The light is so lovely.
This is so gorgeous!
Gorgeous!!!! Any idea where her white dress (in the first few photos) is from? It’s a perfect rehearsal dinner dress or casual wedding dress!? Thanks!!
LOVE these pictures! They are beautiful and a beautiful couple. I LOVE her white dress. Where is it from???
