Lindsey + Todd met on an airplane, which is not only adorable, but teaches us two very important life lessons: you probably shouldn’t wear that old sweatshirt + your trusty flip-flops on your next plane ride (you never know who’s looking!) and you can truly meet the love of your life when you are (seriously) least expecting it! But in all seriousness, let’s fast forward a few years later to when these love birds began planning their dream day. They had one goal that stood out to us that was definitely worth passing along. It was important to them that they infuse their personalities into every angle of the celebration. Luckily, Rachael from Lace & Likes was in their corner, crafting the details to honor their relationship + personalties. And the dreamy-industrial setting they all created together was truly top-notch.
Lindsey says, We included elements that reflected us as a couple, from quotes, to family/friend involvement, to an overall laid back environment. We also made sure that we had some alone time as a couple.
Thanks a bunch to Steve Cowell for these beautiful images + big congrats to the newlyweds!
We couldn’t be more in love with Lindsey’s wild garden rose bouquet. Siren Floral Co., you’ve done it again!
There are too many memorable moments! Our first look, before our ceremony, was definitely a highlight of our wedding. We also shared the front seat and were the DJs on the party bus to our reception.
Processional: Here Comes the Sun (Instrumental)
Recessional: I'm yours – Jason Mraz
First Dance: Thinking Out Loud – Ed Sheeran
The reception was styled to look mostly neutral, but featured an eye-catching fabric installment, handwritten quotes that meant something to L + T, and lots of pretty floral arrangements.
You can't control 100% of the wedding planning process. Costs will inevitably add up and you may not be able to fully visualize the final product. Put trust in your vendors and planner. Your wedding will be beautiful!
