This morning we shared a fun camp wedding and now we are sharing a super fun DIY for those of you throwing a camp wedding or even perfect for a summer wedding! One of our favorite products for DIY favors is Avery and we partnered with them to share this super easy (and guaranteed for your guests to love!) DIY for a new twist on the classic s’more with one of their products – the Avery Print-to-the-Edge Square Labels #22806.
A major bonus of working with Avery is you can use their free design + print online tool to easily customize any of their designs before printing on their products! Just upload any of the templates below into the tool, add whatever text you’d like and save your changes. (A great option for those of you who don’t have Adobe Illustrator, but would like to customize + add text to your favor tags!)
We hope you’ll see how easy these are to create and we hope you love our templates for THREE different label designs below!
Here’s what you’ll need for the boxes:
- 3x3x3 clear plastic boxes
- Avery Print-to-the-Edge Square Labels #22806
- our free S’more Please! template or our There’s Always Room for S’more template in pink or white (this one you can personalize and add your names!)
- gourmet chocolate – we found a great variety at Whole Foods
- crackers – we used classic graham crackers, Annas Ginger Swedish Thins and Butter Crisps
- gourmet marshmallows – we used Plush Puffs
This is such an easy favor to DIY – especially with our pretty tags we created! Once you have your boxes, you’ll need to fold them together, then print out as many tags as you need. You can use our S’more Please! tags or add your names to our There’s Always Room for S’more tags in pink or white. Put the tags on the boxes, then fill with your choice of treats!
We had lots of fun coming up with some yummy flavors — yes, it was a rough day in the office. :) Here are four of our faves…
The Coffee + Cream S’more
• 2 graham crackers
• 2 Plush Puffs Mochaccino Marshmallows
• Theo Coffee + Cream Milk Chocolate
*Note, we put enough supplies in the box to make 2 smore’s
The Dark Chocolate Salted Brown Butter S’more
• 2 ginger swedish thins
• 2 Plush Puffs Toasty Coconut Marshmallows
• Alter Eco Dark Salted Brown Butter Chocolate
*Note, we put enough supplies in the box to make 2 smore’s
The Mint Chocolate Chip S’more
• 2 graham crackers
• 2 Plush Puffs Peppi-Mint Marshmallows
• Theo Coffee + Cream Milk Chocolate
*Note, we put enough supplies in the box to make 2 smore’s
The White Chocolate + Strawberries S’more
• 2 butter crisp crackers
• 3 Plush Puffs Vanilla Bean Marshmallows
• Divine White Chocolate with Strawberries
*Note, we put enough supplies in the box to make 2 smore’s
It’s hard to say, but I think my favorite was a tie between the White Chocolate + Strawberries and the Coffee + Cream! I’d love to hear what flavors you create, so please share in the comments or on Instagram with the hashtag #GreenWeddingShoesDIY.
And for some more great news for those DIY brides – Avery is current running a wedding contest worth over $4500 in prizes! Click here to learn more and enter their contest. (note, contest ends on June 30, 2015)

This is adorable! The coffee and cream sounds delicious since I’m not a strawberry fan.

Such an awesome idea! Mouth is watering
Help! Want to make this for my wedding. How can I type our names on the Room for S’more love template?
If you open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator, you can add your names. Best wishes!!
Hi Kat! We have also just updated the post with a new link to Avery’s free design + print tool (http://bit.ly/1Fbg0Dz), so you should now be able to customize the templates even without Adobe Illustrator! :)
Im loving all the great ideas for unusual edible favours. Saw recently popcorn towers fixed together with chocolate and toffee drizzle – who would want more!
S’mores are such a huge trend in Adirondack weddings right now, and this would be such a cute favor for a wedding. My best friend is getting married at Valour Island in Peru, NY and I can’t wait to share this with her.

Awesome! Perfect DIY presents… Thank you also for the raw files!
These are so cute and look so yummy. And something that our couples can easily mimic. Thanks for sharing!
What font is used on the personalized labels for the names?
Thanks!
