I love how creative couples are getting with their ceremony backdrops. I definitely love the backdrop of the outdoors with trees, water, an open field, or mountains, but not everyone is that luck to have some amazing scenery as a backdrop. Check out how creative these couples were:
I think this is one of my most favorites! This wedding ceremony took place outside in front of a private residence and the couple had a friend create this amazing 3D sign above where they would take their vows! About the sign from the bride, “Love Never Fails” was done by one of my favorite artists and my good friend Casey Johnson. He is AMAZING and can be contacted for almost any installation piece big or small. He is currently the display coordinator at Anthropologie in Annapolis, MD.

I love the creative use with the flowers floating in the air above the couple for this wedding. Flowers by saipua.

This couple got married in the bride’s parents backyard and had the great idea to create their own outdoor chapel. The bride’s younger brother built all the amazing elements. Simply amazing!

Another take on a creative backdrop with wood. This couple was married at dusk and had a chandelier over them. I love the flowers incorporated in the wood.

Next week I plan on posting some great indoor ceremony backdrops, so stay tuned all you indoor brides! Also, if anyone has a creative indoor ceremony backdrop, please send me some photos, I’d love to see what you came up with.
