Colorful Southwestern Spanish-Inspired Wedding Inspiration

Colorful Southwestern Inspiration

A vision of texture, warm colors complementing large turquoise doors, and a Southwestern meets Spanish vibe. Melissa of M2 Photography tells us that those are the things that inspired her latest styled shoot at Maas Building in Philadelphia.

Melissa teamed up with event designer, Belovely, to bring the colors and feelings of the Southwest to the City of Brotherly Love. Colored candles, cactus, and macramé filled the venue, along with a rustic white farm, and rusting iron chairs. Melissa shares Once we decided on this beautiful palette and design, we felt as if we could be transported from a terrace in Spain to a Southwestern desert. The versatility of our shoot was our absolute favorite part — with a toned down color palette, and taking out the Spanish tiles, this could definitely fit for many boho brides!

Ready to take a peek at all the pretty captured by M2 Photography. Let’s look!!

To balance out the warm palette, the groom wore a dark teal suit… Isn’t that color GORGEOUS?!

A collection of cactus, candelabras with an old world charm, and rusting iron-laced chairs framed the turquoise door (which made for the perfect backdrop, might we add!)

We’re IN LOVE with the idea of using Spanish tiles as escort cards! The calligraphy here is done by Pretty In Ink Shop.

Oh, and can we talk about that Sarah Seven gown from Lovely Bride for a moment? The lace detailing in the bodice, combined with the flowing skirt is the perfect combination for a breezy, bohemian feeling!

All the vibrant pops of color! True Beauty Marks highlighted the bride’s natural beauty with a side-swept ponytail, and a bold lip color.
