In case you missed the part one of this colorful, whimsical wedding, be sure to check that out first! After a charming ceremony, it was time for a few more portraits in the woods, followed by a gorgeous + magically decorated reception! I’m pretty in love with the sequin linens + paper cup garlands – spray painted + sewn together by hand, draped all around the venue. And wait until you see the cute drink stirrers + glitter unicorn escort cards! So perfect for these two!
How pretty are the rainbow-inspired floral arrangements? And the gold flatware is another one of my fave details.

My advice is to choose well the people you involve. Our wedding planner, Rhiannon Nicole of Hey Gorgeous Events was invaluable in transforming our ideas into realities. My best man, groomsmen and the entire bridal party of our closest friends and family were absolutely key to bringing everything together and supporting us through all the last minute moments of the event.
My most useful advice is perhaps found in this personal experience: I gradually lost the ability to hold thoughts in my head for longer periods of time as the date approached and then as the wedding was happening I was concentrating on just the present moments. So having the network and support system of people you care about, who care about you and with whom you share bonds of mutual understanding is crucial.
