Courtney + Ryan have been married for 5 years but they have been a couple for 10 years. They met when they played t-ball together when they were 5 and grew up together. How sweet is that, right? :) They both enjoy and share a passion for music. Ryan plays the guitar and Courtney sings in their church. That’s how they came up with idea to use the old radio in their anniversary photos.
Another really amazing thing to know about them is that they decided two years ago to adopt. The process has been very long (if you are curious you can read about it here) but they are next on the list to adopt a little girl from Ethiopia. They have taken many mission trips together to Honduras and South Africa and that is what finalized their decision. Not only are they a beautiful couple but they are really amazing people to be around and how in love they are is infectious! Big thanks to Connection Photography based out of Charlotte, North Carolina for sharing these photos today!
These photos make me want to run in a field of flowers! Hopefully they will inspire you to capture your love as a couple throughout your relationship. I’m sure Courtney + Ryan will treasure these photos forever. :)

What an adorable couple! My husband and I, are one year wedding anniversary is June 10th! I can’t wait to say we’ve been married for 5, 10, 20 years! Too cute!
Oh my gosh! This reminds me so much of that daffodil scene in Big Fish (were they daffodils?) So beautiful! What a great engagement shoot.
These are incredibly gorgeous and romantic. I love every single shot.
Beautiful session. I love the colors and the toning on the processing.
Very pretty. But have to say that regarding the description, my mind stopped at the word “church”. I don’t know if you will be able to grasp how weird it sounds to an European that such a young, XXIst century couple goes to church…It’s a mind blower.
This kind of session are always amazing. Nice job.
I just adore the simple beauty of this anniversary shoot. What a gorgeous backdrop and oh how I love when couples celebrate their hard work together. Fresh and Lovely!
