Today’s styled shoot keeps with our 1920’s theme for the day and is sure to inspire all of you brides-to-be (or maids of honor!) who are in the midst of planning a bridal shower. Jennifer, from Jennifer Fujikawa Photography, planned and photographed an elegant shower where all the guests would wear pretty, formal dresses and enjoy a lovely lunch together under the trees. The jewel-tone palette of plum, garnet and gold is opulent and unexpected and feels so perfect for fall…
Isn’t this dress below by Aidan Mattox stunning?!! If you are looking for similar dresses for your gals, be sure to check out the dresses in The GWS Shop.
The shower included an adorable jewelry bar, complete with a fuji instamax camera – perfect for capturing fun + silly pictures of everyone decked out + having a good time! To create your own jewelry bar, you could rent some super glam, high end baubles from Rent The Runway, or head to a store like Forever 21 and stock up on a slew of trendy over-the-top costume jewelry!
The chic tablescape was filled with an abundance of lace + gold details and beautifully designed paper goods by Stacey Yamada. And the fall inspired centerpieces by Patalina Floral couldn’t be prettier!
Last, but certainly not least, the dessert table showcased a beautiful cake from Cake Crumbs and customized desserts from Ticings, all designed with details that echo the era. And love the art deco-style cake stands from The Bride Concierge!
I hope this helps inspire those of you who were thinking about incorporating 1920’s style details into your wedding or bridal shower. Big thanks to the talented creatives below for sharing their work with us today!

love the dresses and the romantic feel in the photos. can you tell me where the light pink dress (long dress) is from. it’s beautiful!
That dress is from Adrianna Papell’s line. I believe it is available at Nordstrom.
I had the same question as nancy! I love the light pink dress and was wondering where it’s from.
It looks like the light pink dress by Adrianna Papell is no longer available, but we have some other similar style dresses by Adrianna Papell in The GWS Shop – http://greenweddingshoes.com/shop/designer/adrianna-papell/ — Hope that helps! Love her designs :)
Out door weddings are always the best. The art design for your wedding cake is also awesome
These girls are stunning and the colors in their dresses go fabulously with the table setting. Great shoot :)
Oh man, anyone know how to make the blackberry drink? It looked amazing! Also what a great theme for a shower at the Paramount Ranch!
I’d like to know what the blackberry drink is, too and where the gold confetti is from…
Would love the recipe for that blackberry drink!
