Anyone who knows LA’s Carondelet House, also knows that 20’s style and the incredible space totally go hand-in-hand. The former residence, built in 1928, captures the decadence and ethereal beauty of the era to perfection, and so for Michele + Addison, who love everything about the roaring 20’s, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place to tie the knot! Michele says, When people would ask what our wedding colors were I’d just respond with “sequins!” We are not very traditional people, so we really wanted to do things our way! Girl, we love everything about that statement!
Big thanks to Tyler Branch for sharing these gorge images with us today + best wishes and high fives to the newlyweds!
I had my dress custom made, which I designed with my friend’s very talented mother! It was such a special thing to have, being a designer myself it was the one thing that I had always said “If I ever get married I’m designing my own dress!” To have that become a reality just made the day that much more unique to our personal style!
The back of M’s gown is totally incredible…
Addison + I walked down the aisle together because thats how we approach everything in our relationship: together, so why wouldn’t we do the same on such an important day!?
Doesn’t the reception space look like a magical indoor garden? Within the historic walls of Carondelet, it truly must have felt like time was standing still!

Wow, well first off, nothing will ever prepare you for that roller coaster!! Hahaha But all joking aside the planning process can be such a labor of love and simultaneously the bain of your existence. The best thing you can do is try to remember what you’re doing…marrying the love of your life!! Try not to sweat the details because in the end you won’t even notice or care and no one else will either because inevitably all eyes are on you and yours will be on your new spouse! Also Pinterest can be your best friend and worst enemy…proceed with caution! ;)

So stunning, so romantic so touching, I am crying like a little baby ))), great video!
Love the gold glam meeting rustic. The bride’s back necklace is the perfect touch as is the choice of that deep red lipstick.
