Groom Style: A Vest

Maybe your man isn’t feeling a tux for your wedding day – how about a stylish vest? I love a man in a vest and I think this would be so perfect for your outdoor rustic/vintage wedding. Oh, and those hats aren’t that bad either! What are you grooms out there planning on wearing?

Shoes. Shoes. Shoes.

One of my favorite parts about my wedding was my shoes. They were the perfect shade of green, they were satin, and they had a bow! I love them. For those of you that wanted to know, the shoes in my profile pic are BP and I bought them at Nordstrom’s last spring. It doesn’t seem like they are available anymore, but there are a lot of other amazing shoes out there. Some of my current favs include…

J Crew’s current collection. Love the colors, style, and fabric.

Cali based Ruche has some cute vintage styles. The one on the right reminds me of the shoes from this wedding.

Colored Satin Shoes.
I love them. The ruffles, the bows, so fun! I also did happen to find some green shoes that were close to mine – hard color to find right now! If anyone knows of some green shoes in that apple green color, please share – there are a lot of readers who are on the hunt for that color too.

Inspiration Board #12 – A French Countryside Affair

I’ve had this board in mind for awhile and finally had some time this weekend to create it. This reminds me of an afternoon picnic in the country — I’m envisioning it in the south of France.
